Return & Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us with your order details. Please note that returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, a 25% deduction will be applied to cover restocking, handling, and packaging costs. Return shipping instructions will be shared once the request is approved.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (on the same day of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Photo evidence or a parcel opening video may be required for verification.
Claims reported after delivery confirmation may not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
These include consumable organic products such as:
Honey (Small Bee & Big Bee)
Shilajit
Saffron
Olives
Any edible organic product
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:
You want to change the design or model
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
For all exchanges, additional courier and packaging charges will apply. These charges must be paid by the customer before dispatching the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund (after the applicable 25% deduction) will be processed within 7–10 working days and transferred to your provided account details.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund.
If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact our support team.
