Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for electronics and watches, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Exchanges are allowed but additional courier and packaging charges apply.

Organic and consumable products (honey, shilajit, saffron, olives, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Refunds, after any applicable deductions (25% restocking fee), will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
